For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessing over this adorable A-Frame hut located at Kimo Estate. Kimo Estate is a gorgeous farm, situated 15 minutes south-west from Gundagai, New South Wales.

Dave and the team at Kimo Estate were generous enough to give myself and my mum a little overnight staycation at the picturesque JR's Eco Hut. You may have seen gorgeous photos of this A-Frame floating around on Instagram - And seeing it in person is honestly something else. With solar-powered lights, a bathroom with a wide opened glass window looking out to the gorgeous estate, it's a romantics dream.

We were welcomed to the hut with a gorgeous bottle of bubbles on arrival, a cheese platter with local produce and a little dinner hamper to make dinner. As the night went on, and the clouds came in... It was the perfect evening to cuddle up by the fire and have a much needed catch up with my beautiful mother.
